EXPERIENCE

With My Sincere Gratitude

Hello! My name is Deborah Nilles, and I am a Real Estate Broker. A very good one.  I was thinner and twenty something when I sat down to take my first Illinois Real Estate licensing exam. The year was 1989 and Madonna’s “Like a Prayer” played on the radio top 10 list. Since then, this industry has been very good to me. I am going to sell your house, and you will achieve maximum return. If you are looking to buy, I am going to help you identify the perfect neighborhood and home, and get you your dream house without leaving any money on the table. DONE. I dedicated the 1990's to 90 hour work weeks and learning everything I could about delivering excellence to my clients. In 2001 I opened my own business; Key 2 Chicago, and that’s when my life track fell into place. I met my husband, married and had my daughter Megan. I am a published Relocation Industry Author, and in 2003 I was elected to the Board of Directors of the Corporate Relocation Counsel of Chicago. I am in fact the only person who has served on the CRC Board that is directly working with sellers and buyers as Realtor in greater Chicago. Despite any achievement I may enjoy, I believe that there is always room for self improvement. I dedicate my efforts to always exploring new roads in Real Estate and deliver a service that is simply unprecedented, and unparalleled in this industry.

A lot has changed since I received my first Real Estate License in 1989 of course. But one thing that hasn’t changed is my absolute love for this industry and dedication to bring excellence to every thing that I do, every day! I am one of the lucky few who love what they do and I wake up every day with a smile on my face. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Not only for your continued confidence, friendship and business, but for truly so much more.... for helping make my life spectacular. I am ever yours. THANK YOU.
